1. Make sure you control the zooming and panning so that it won't make people dizzy.
2. Decide if you want to have everything in view or if you want it to be in a main picture you can zoom in on.
3. Make sure path connections are in the correct order.
4. Make sure the frames are covering everything that needs to be in them.
5. Make sure everything that is grouped together is related.
6. Can't print out individual slides.
7. Use theme wizard to make sure the colors coordinate.
8. Use key words and pictures instead of a lot of text.
9. It might be easier to start fresh rather than transfer directly from PowerPoint.
10. There is a limited amount of memory available.

it but it can be hard to get enough for everyone.

Yes and the principal maintains it.

teacher I talked to didn’t because she didn’t have enough time.

Almost every
classroom had at least one computer. PC’s or Laptops.

were 2 computer labs. Any classes could use them to use the software for
learning. Soon to be an ipad and ipod lab.

use technology? They have training available to them. Usually 2 hour meeting.

10 Guidelines For Using Inspiration
1. Inspiration could be used as a broad outline or introduction to a lesson.
2. Try to minimize clutter as much as possible, such as eliminating unneeded arrows.
3. Utilize real life pictures instead of clip art from the gallery.
4. Use a clear one word description and expound on it instead of using a lot of text.
5. Color code arrows help establish a separation for different categories.
6. Make sure text and arrows are clearly visible.
7. Choose a good background color that is relevant to the subject and doesn't contrast with pictures and text.
